Mt. Wilson Observatory
Mt. Wilson Observatory highlighted the solar telescope and historical drawings of the sun along with the 100" telescope.
American Film Institute
The American Film Institute (AFI) highlighted their screening rooms, editing rooms, library and provided the Trustees with a screening of a short film by some of AFI's fellows.
Natural History Museum
The Natural History Museum highlighted their La Brea Tar Pits Mobile Museum at a recent school visit. This mobile museum is geared towards grades K-2.
South Coast Botanic Garden
The South Coast Botanic Garden highlighted their current installation Thomas Dambo: TROLLS Save the Humans along with updates on the Children and Family Garden opening in late 2024.
Children's Hospital Los Angeles
The Children's Hospital Los Angeles highlights for the Board were meeting some of their celebrity volunteer therapy dogs and handlers and touring the zebrafish research lab.
